02 · USE CASE
Let teams request resources without endless messages.
Authorized users can use forms and workflow logic instead of coordinating every request through calls, chat messages or spreadsheets.

Lark for Healthcare · Designed by INNIT GROUP
From operating room scheduling to quotations, approvals, forms and operational workflows, INNIT helps healthcare organizations turn Lark into a connected digital workspace.
Lark provides the platform. INNIT brings healthcare-specific design, implementation and operational expertise.
The operating reality
Hospital operations involve physical resources, operating rooms, specialized areas, medical and administrative personnel, approvals, quotations, schedules, documents, forms, recurring workflows and multiple departments. Too often that work is fragmented across messaging apps, spreadsheets, paper, email, shared folders, disconnected calendars and legacy systems. The opportunity is to connect operational work—not simply add better chat.
The opportunity is to connect operational work across teams, resources and decisions.
Use case 01 · Resource scheduling
Design scheduling workflows for operating rooms, procedure rooms, meeting rooms, diagnostic rooms, specialized equipment, locations and other shared resources. An authorized user can request a location, room, date, time, service and responsible department through a self-service experience; the request can then move through validation, approval and confirmation.
The same architecture can support reusable scheduling experiences for shared hospital resources.
Operational building blocks
Forms, Base, Calendar, Approval, Automation and Messenger can be combined around a defined workflow and governance model.
02 · USE CASE
Authorized users can use forms and workflow logic instead of coordinating every request through calls, chat messages or spreadsheets.
03 · USE CASE
A quotation workflow can organize configurable information such as procedure, room requirements, equipment, supplies, services, duration, physician information, packages and administrative charges—without implying the same fields fit every hospital.
04 · USE CASE
Connected records, conversations, data and approvals help everyone understand what changed, what is happening and what still needs action. AI-assisted collaboration should be described only where enabled and verified in the customer environment.
05 · USE CASE
INNIT can digitize appropriate administrative and operational forms: internal requests, checklists, service requests, maintenance, incident reporting and department-specific follow-up. Patient-related administrative workflows require the organization’s own privacy, security and governance review.
